PLAINTIFFS PERSONAL INJURY LITIGATION PARALEGAL

North Atlanta GA

Seeking a 5+ years' Litigation Paralegal with heavy experience in Personal Injury for a reputable, mid-sized Plaintiffs firm in north Atlanta. Strong writing skills are required, attention to detail, and experience in high-volume case management helpful. The ideal candidate to have a positive disposition, empathy, and sharing a passion to help injured claimants - one of the fundamental aspects of the super collegial firm culture here. 

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Emphasis on Personal Injury matters including auto, trucking, motorcycle, plant explosions, construction, medmal, product liability, wrongful death
  • Drafting demand letters, requesting/reviewing medical records, corresponding/communication with providers and insurance carriers
  • Strong organizational skillset, legal research, calendaring, scheduling, e-filing, case management from intake to resolution

Position is in-office with work-from-home opportunities available. Starting base compensation DOE $70K- $75K and full benefits suite.
